We made it to LA LA land! After waking up from our beach side campsite we rode
along the busy Pacific Coast highway through Malibu and its "27 miles of scenic
coast." We rodeour last few miles along the beach bike path in Santa Monica
before climbing the cliffs to our hostel. After settling in we walked around
Santa Monica stopping by 7 Eleven for 7/11 day and then headed down to the beach
to go swimming. The water was the warmest yet! However Sarah and I were the only
ones who wanted to go swimming, everyone else laid in the sand, seemingly tired
after oir little ride the last few weeks. We then showered and went out for
sushi dinner and an evening stroll on the Santa Monica pier. Tomorrow we'll
explore LA!
