New England Shore Trekkers at Mystic Seaport

Today we biked around 20 miles or so, in order to reach Mystic, CT. Along the way there were numerous hills that were quite steep, but reaching the top of a few hills was rewarded with a downhill path that allowed for us to reach high speeds in excess of 16-18 miles per hour. We had lunch at Mystic Pizza, a pizza place that is well known within Mystic. Lunch consisted of ice-cold water, a vegetarian pizza,  pepperoni, and a gluten-free variant of pepperoni pizza. We visited the Mystic Seaport Museum, where a whaling ship from the 1800s is preserved. Then, we biked to our hotel only one mile away, where we are staying now. Good night.
