Pacific Northwest is Making it Look Easy

“After leaving orcas we headed along the water to Larabee State Park. On the way we took a detour through a town called Edison. Quaint and rustic, the small farm town had the best bakery many of the trekkers had seen as well as some other cute little shops. Onward to Larabee where we made friends with a large family with far too much food. So we feasted with them, exchanging our firewood for some authentic lamb curry and tortillas.  After some more days of biking and camping we have arrived in Vancouver. The border crossing was all too easy, and going into the city we were on designated bike routes for hours at a time. For those who love biking (and we certainly do), this city is very forward thinking in their bike infrastructure. It will be fun to explore tomorrow.” -- Darcy, Trip Leader
